  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange, ensuring it is in its original packaging.

  Quality Evaluation

  Upload clear photographs of the product, especially in cases of transit damage or manufacturing defects, for our quality assurance team to review and approve.

  Secure Pickup

  Once approved, our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your doorstep within 48-72 hours; please ensure all original tags and accessories are included.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  After the returned item passes our warehouse inspection, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch your replacement item immediately.
